This role supports the Directors with the preparation of business and share valuations, litigation support, assisting in due diligence engagements, financial modelling and other expert investigation and reporting. You have the ability to undertake detailed analysis and research, forming of initial opinions and conclusions for review and supporting the production of final conclusions and formal reports.
You will have detailed knowledge of considerations for expert reporting in areas of valuation and economic loss (i.e. illiquidity discount, discount for lack of marketability, premium for control, weighted average cost of capital, beta factors; options, etc).
You will have experience of developing large and/or moderately complex valuations or financial models.
You will have experience supporting due diligence process, including review of historical and forecast financial information.
