This is a happy, enjoyable and very rewarding Chartered Accounting firm to work in with fantastic growth opportunities. This firm builds very successful business relationships and gain a lot of work through referrals. You will be trained and gain a range of business skills similar to the level of work that a big 4 CA firm provides such as Merger and Acquisition and related advisory work.
The staff are well looked after and enjoy working in a friendly environment. The quality of the work is high and there is fortnightly in house training.
The portfolio is a whole range of clients such as manufacturing, HNW, IT, import and distribution and other SME's. Typical T/O of company is $2M to $20M. This role is a mix of managing BAS Accountants, preparing accounts of the more complex jobs and some advisory. This firm is quite flexible as to how much of each of these you would like to do so you will have strong input as to the composition of your role.
A great deal of client contact is expected therefore your communication and interpersonal skills must be excellent.
This role would ideally suit someone working in BAS in a big 4 firm or 2nd tier NZ CA firm.
To apply for the role you must have a minimum of 3 years BAS experience in a reputable NZ CA firm. You will be enthusiastic, passionate and possess excellent communication skills.
Remuneration of $90K pa to $100K pa plus KS plus the opportunity to work from home for part of the week if you wish to.
